The tool is private — the data is one person's job hunt — so this stands in for a launch link. Company names in the recording are replaced; the scores, reasons and doubts are real.
0:00 the shortlist, ranked · 0:08 a rule switched off and its postings come back, no rescore · 0:14 the top posting opened · 0:20 a question to the chatbot · 0:26 answered from the database · 0:38 saved — never applied. The model's wait is cut; nothing else is.
01 · The listEvery row carries the number the list is sorted by, the two axes beneath it, one line of reason, one line of doubt, and the chips that say what the rules saw. The left rail is the rules, each with the count it is currently hiding.02 · A rule offUnchecking a rule brings its postings straight back — nothing was deleted, and nothing is rescored. Hidden postings remember which rule hid them, which is what makes the rules honest: you can see what each one is costing.03 · Ask ShortListThe chatbot talks to the model about the posting on screen, grounded in the database — the scorer's own doubt, the rule that is active, the pay that isn't stated. It is told to say what it doesn't know. Every message is kept, because that is where the next rule change comes from.
